In 1994 the Chairmanship was taken over by Ümran Baradan, a talented Turkish artist. The aim of the Association are based on: Creating and preserving peace throughout the world thans to the aid of internationally successful women working hand in hand. Promotion of worldwide understanding and goodwill, regardles of race, creed or language. Encouraging education and training of youth in prepation for the 21 st century. To learn to know one another better and to improve relationships throughout the world through organization of scientific and culturel events. Exchange programmes, thanks to the aid of our international representatives and their friends, for the children of our members, with the aim ofhelping young people to learn about different cultures and languages thus getting to know and respect one another better. Distribution of the profits raised by events we organise from time to time, to those in need. To encourage the artists, every two years in different categories just as (Painting, statues, ceramics) with the compututions that the organization arranges. After the tsunami disaster IWSA Turkey sent big help by containers to Colombo. We built dormitory and kinder garden for the orphans. In 2003, on behalf of UNICEF, we had initiated research on Chinese policy about the girls. In 2004 we sent big support for spastic children's school renovation in Lituwania from Izmir, Turkey. First Children's Museum in İzmir Turkey (World's third children museum) was established and sponsored by our President. Every year we have given out Gold, Silver and Bronze medallions to the talented children on a contest organized in connection with culture ministries around the world. In June, 2006 we had World meeting with 49 countries and selected our new World President after 10 years Turkey turned over to Iceland. In 2007 was our first year of fight against DRUGS. We distributed 100.000 CDs against drugs to all countries without asking help from European Union. In 2007 we established Fine Arts Museum in Cinilikoy, Kemalpasa Izmir.
